Job summary

A global professional services company in Scotland is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role involves carrying out the NEC Supervisor position on prominent infrastructure projects. Candidates should be experienced with NEC contracts and hold relevant accreditations. The position offers potential for career progression and involvement in large-scale projects, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus).
• Experience in managing end to end service delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the role of Supervisor under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.
• Manage and deliver projects to the right quality standards and within budget.
• Act as the key client interface, ensuring objectives are met.

Skills

NEC ECC PM / NEC Supervisor Accreditation

Experience of the construction phase for infrastructure projects

Ability to travel to site

Experience of construction design and project documents

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience of chairing project meetings

Experience of the NEC suite of Contracts

Education

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering

NEC: ECC Project Manager Accreditation

NEC Supervisor Accreditation

Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc.
