Job summary

Oceaneering International Inc. is seeking Rope Access L3 Technicians with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current certification for an ad hoc, temporary workscope. Immediate availability and UK RTW clearance are required.

You will perform visual inspections and rope access activities in line with IRATA guidelines, inspecting offshore/onshore assets, recording findings, and supporting inspection reports. Maintain equipment, follow HSE policies, and participate in pre-job briefings and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• RTW in the UK
• UK offshore mobilisation eligibility

Responsibilities

• Immediately Available Candidates Required who also possess the RTW in the UK
• We are currently seeking Rope Access Level 2 and Level 3 Technicians with PCN Level 2 Eddy Current certification for an upcoming Ad Hoc temporary workscope.
• Role: Rope Access L3 with PCN Level 2 VT
• Scope: Ad Hoc / Temporary Workscope
• Start: Immediate availability required

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections in accordance with approved procedures, client specifications, and industry standards.
• Carry out rope access activities safely and efficiently in line with IRATA guidelines.
• Inspect, assess, and report on the condition of offshore/onshore assets and structures.
• Accurately record inspection findings and support the preparation of inspection reports.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
• Adhere to all site-specific HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Participate in pre-job briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with the inspection and operations teams to deliver the workscope safely and on schedule.
• Identify and report any defects, anomalies, or safety concerns to supervisors and client representatives.
• Maintain valid certification, training, and competency requirements throughout the assignment.
• Support additional NDT and inspection activities within competency levels as required by the project.

Offshore certification and medicals valid and in date (if applicable)
