Job summary

ACEPP UK is seeking experienced NDT Technicians to support a major UK energy infrastructure project at Hinkley Point C. The role combines site/field and office-based work, with focus on ensuring welding and installation meet strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong PCN qualifications, practical welding/site experience, and expertise in PAUT, UT, RT and RI, plus the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage ITPs and quality docs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong PCN qualifications with practical welding and site experience.
• Experience with PAUT, UT, RT and RI inspections is essential.
• Strong ability to interpret NDT results and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee NDT activities across site and field.
• Perform inspections in line with procedures, specs and codes.
• Support PAUT, UT and RT inspection activities.
• Review and interpret NDT results and supporting docs.
• Assist welding inspection and quality activities within mechanical installations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review ITPs and quality documentation; ensure traceability.
