Job summary

Intertek is seeking a qualified NDT Technician to undertake site inspections across the UK and support activities in the Derby Laboratory. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, adherence to quality systems, and ongoing professional development in advanced methods such as Phased Array.

The candidate will travel to customer sites, maintain high safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the NDT team in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• PCN Level 2 in UT, MPI, and DPI.
• Phased Array Level 2 PCN or relevant experience preferred.
• Eddy Current Level 2 PCN preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and projects.

Responsibilities

• NDT inspections on customer sites across the UK.
• Support work in the Derby Laboratory.
• Provide accurate reporting on completed inspections.
• Collaborate with customers and quality auditors to ensure standards.
• Develop advanced inspection skills including Phased Array.
