ion-tec Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an experienced NDT Level 2 Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector to join its quality inspection team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have EN4179/NAS410 Level 2, fluoro penetrant inspection experience, and a background in aerospace or precision engineering, with strong drawing interpretation and attention to detail.

SHEFFIELD | PERMANENT POSITION

Salary: £31,000 – £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Ion-Tec Recruitment is representing an established engineering business in Sheffield looking to recruit an experienced NDT Level 2 Fluorescent Penetrant Inspector to join its quality inspection team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• NDT Level 2 FPI qualification to EN4179 / NAS410
• Experience in fluorescent penetrant inspection
• Background in aerospace or precision engineering
• Experience inspecting machined components and welds
• Understanding of aerospace quality standards and documentation
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
