Job summary

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking an NDT Inspector to ensure the integrity of materials and components through UT, DPI, ET, and MPI methods. The role involves inspecting parts across manufacture and service, reporting defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

You will calibrate and maintain NDT equipment, support root cause analysis, and mentor junior inspectors while documenting inspection records. A strong eye for detail and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• PCN or EN4179 level 2 certification in UT and DPI minimum.
• Experience in maintenance, manufacturing or MRO environments.
• Strong understanding of NDT principles and techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-destructive testing to various materials and components.
• Evaluate test results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams.
• Assist in investigation and root cause analysis of quality issues.
• Verify calibration of NDT equipment and perform checks.
• Assist in improving NDT procedures and inspection criteria.
• Mentor junior inspectors and maintain records of inspections.
