Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Lead NDT Inspector to join the Quality team. You will apply UT, dye penetrant and eddy current techniques to ensure components meet the highest quality and safety standards.

You will lead inspections, report findings, and support continuous improvement in NDT practices while collaborating with engineers and suppliers. Some travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in non‑destructive testing inspections.
Strong knowledge of UT, dye penetrant and eddy current methods.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Perform NDT inspections using UT, dye penetrant and eddy current.
Ensure components meet specifications and material requirements.
Identify non-conforming components via NCR system.
Complete inspection reports and NDT documentation accurately.
Support inspection of new and used components for safety.
Liaise with suppliers and engineers on quality concerns.
Contribute to continuous improvement of inspection efficiency.
Assist Head of Quality with NDT best practices and tech.
Travel to test events as required.
