TWI Ltd is seeking a Team Manager for the NDT Inspection Services (NIS) section, based in Cambridge with hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office). You will lead inspection activities on customer sites, ensuring safety, quality and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and developing new business opportunities.

This role requires proven leadership in inspection services, strong regulatory and quality assurance understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a

Qualifications

• Minimum CSWIP/PCN Level 2 and Level 3 in at least one major NDT method (UT/PAUT/ET advantageous).
• Degree or significant demonstrable experience in on-site NDT application in industry.
• Gained or working towards chartered engineer status.

• Demonstrate experience of managing multidisciplinary teams and projects.
• Commit to providing technical excellence with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong knowledge of NDT and on-site application.
• Show a track record in effective Project Management, including scoping of work and producing high-quality technical reports.
