An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Navigator & Tailored Support Youth Worker to provide critical support to children and young adults facing serious challenges related to youth violence. As a Navigator & Tailored Support Youth Worker, you will be providing support to children and young adults (CYA) who are victims of, at risk of, or involved in serious/youth violence. Support will predominantly occur at ‘reachable moments’ in custody settings and hospital sites within the county of Staffordshire.

Location: Staffordshire police Southern Custody suite, Gailey area, ST19 5PR; Stafford County Hospital, Weston Road Stafford, ST16 3SA.
This is a part-time, 30hrs per week role but we also have a Full-time role available. Flexible working as part of a rota system including evenings and weekends.
Vetting and Clearance Requirements: Enhanced DBS check required.
You will need a current driving licence, business insurance and use of a suitable vehicle for work, and be willing to travel across Stoke and Staffordshire.
