Job Description:

Role Responsibilities:

1. Previous consulting experience with the ability to lead, manage, and deliver projects.
2. Effective communication with clients.
3. Work closely with customers and the team to define and deliver optimal solutions using the latest versions of D365BC, other MS Cloud products, and third-party applications.
4. Manage your time effectively, attend customer sites and Prodware offices as needed based on project requirements.
5. Identify customer needs, adapt communication style accordingly, and support onsite/in-person activities to keep projects on track and facilitate learning.
6. Perform consulting tasks both onsite and remotely, including:
1. Conducting discovery sessions to gather project requirements.
2. Reviewing existing business processes and assessing system fit.
3. Providing training before and after go-live.
4. Developing procedural and process documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with D365 Business Central functionality, especially Finance.
• Ability to start immediately and perform consulting tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and consulting skills.
• Experience in leading and presenting in consulting environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ISVs is advantageous.
• Must be able to commute to Warrington office as required.
• Full-time position with a hybrid work model (on-site and remote).
