NAV/Business Central Consultant

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and customers using the latest Microsoft technology alongside a team of experienced business central professionals who value collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Role Description

• Previous consulting experience with ability to lead, manage and deliver.
• Effectively communicating with clients.
• You will work closely with customers and the team to define and deliver the best solutions using the latest versions of D365BC, other MS Cloud products and 3rd party applications.
• Manage time effectively and your diary. An awareness of customer needs, willingness to attend customer site and Prodware office based on customer needs and team/business needs.
• Identify the needs of a customer, adapt style to different customers and willingness to support onsite/in person when needed to keep projects on track or assist learning of the customer/team.
• Able to confidently carry out a consultant role, both onsite and remotely, carrying out tasks such as:

- Conduct a discovery to gather project requirements.

- Review existing business processes and assess system fit with business processes.

- Provide training prior to go-live and post-go-live as needed.

- Develop high-level procedural and process documentation.

Skills/Qualifications required

Knowledgeable and experienced in D365 Business Central Functionality.

Knowledge of Business Central, in particular Finance would be an advantage.

Able to hit the ground running and carry out Consultant role tasks.

Analytical Skills and Consulting expertise.

Experience in Consulting, leading and presenting.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Some knowledge of ISVs.

Commutable to Warrington office as and when required.

This hybrid role allows for a mix of on-site and remote work.
