Job summary

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is seeking an Education & Wellbeing Officer at Lakeside Care Farm to deliver one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities for children and adults with diverse needs. The role reports to the Care Farm Manager and works with the Farm team to support holistic education and wellbeing in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities.
• Experience with children and young people with complex needs.
• Must follow safeguarding policies and assist in wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities for participants.
• Collaborate with Head of Care Farms and staff team to support education and wellbeing goals.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote inclusive, supportive practice.
