Job summary

Winberry Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager with nationwide travel to lead major event, infrastructure and temporary works projects across the UK. The role involves overseeing site setup, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and driving safe, on-time delivery of works.

The ideal candidate has prior Site Manager or Site Supervisor experience, a mechanical or plumbing background, strong Health & Safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager or Site Supervisor experience.
• Mechanical or plumbing background preferred.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
• SSSTS desirable.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Happy to travel and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from site set-up through to completion, managing labour, subcontractors, deliveries and day-to-day site activities.
• Work across a range of event, construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinate multiple trades, manage site teams, oversee Health & Safety and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
