Job summary

Anderson Scott Solutions is seeking a Regional Operations Lead (FM) to oversee a national workplace portfolio from Birmingham with regular UK travel. The role commands a base salary of £56,000 with a £4k car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead a dispersed team, drive best-in-class facilities management across sites, and ensure governance, compliance and financial stewardship while delivering continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Workplace, Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate.
• Experience managing a multi-site UK portfolio.
• Strong people management with coaching and development abilities.
• Excellent financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and TFM contracts.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed workplace team across multiple UK locations, setting objectives and driving high performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of workplace and facilities services across the portfolio.
• Develop governance frameworks, service standards and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee maintenance and compliance across multiple sites.
• Manage annual operating budget, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead management of TFM contracts and supplier performance via KPIs and reviews.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, monitoring risks and opportunities.
• Drive change initiatives from planning to delivery.
