Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH company, is seeking a National Distribution & Warehouse Manager to lead multi-site warehouse operations from Clevedon with nationwide travel. You will shape strategies for safety, service, inventory and cost, drive continuous improvement and coach leaders across locations.

The role requires strong warehousing and supply chain knowledge, stakeholder management, and a proven leadership track record. A degree in logistics or related field is preferred.

• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record of managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution and inventory.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvement focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations across sites, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies focused on safety, service, inventory and cost.
• Monitor KPIs and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site leadership to implement standardised processes.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy, stock availability and efficiency.
• Oversee layouts, storage, labour and material flow optimization.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers across locations.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure against targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and HR.
