Job summary

Rhenus High Tech Ltd is seeking an organised Warehouse Supervisor to assist in day-to-day planning and supervision of warehouse operations. You will allocate work to staff and, during absences, supervise the entire warehouse to maintain throughput and accuracy.

You will manage stock control, liaise with customers, and ensure all health and safety requirements are met while continually driving improvements and efficiency in processes.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a high value, high tech environment is essential.
• Excellent IT knowledge and warehouse systems knowledge essential.
• Good people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse with efficient resource use.
• Organise warehouse areas for best space utilisation according to requirements.
• Maintain records for Goods In/Out, Quarantine and related processes.
• Supervise warehouse activities and escalate any issues promptly.
• Liaise with customers and process RMAs in a professional manner.
• Ensure loading/unloading procedures are followed and loads are fit for transit.
• Review processes and recommend improvements and changes.
• Invoice customers for warehouse activities monthly.
• Organise staff activities and assign jobs accordingly.
• Assist in stock control: goods receipt, storage, picking and loading.
• Conduct cyclical checks and audits; ensure cleanliness and security.
