GXO is currently seeking a talented and driven individual for the role of National Transport Manager, to work across our busy B&Q Sites. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective running of the transport operation across 5 UK locations, 230 vehicles and 600 trailers. You’ll promote a culture of being safe, inclusive, impactful, game changing and delivering results, whilst continually striving for excellence in both fleet and driver compliance.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, although some flexibility may be required during peak times – this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with a car or car allowance and discretionary bonus scheme entry. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
