Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Specification Sales Manager – Building Automation to promote a range of building and home automation products. The role is national with four days on the road and one day in the South East office, focusing half on MEP/ME&E consultants and half on contractors.

You will inherit a £3.5m pipeline and are expected to grow it to £5m in year one, with 6-month no-target exposure followed by £500k and £1m targets in year two. A fully expensed Tesla car is included.

Qualifications

• Specification field sales experience required.
• IT literate and proficient with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a manufactured range of building and home automation products.
• National role with 4 days per week on the road and 1 day in the South East office.
• Develop relationships with MEP consultants and M&E consultants (50%).
• Develop relationships with M&E contractors (50%).
• Grow project pipeline from ~£3.5m to ~£5m in the first year.
• No revenue target in first 6 months; targets of £500k and £1m in following year.
