Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a People Consulting Management Consultant for National Security in London/Manchester/Cheltenham. You will lead people‑centric transformation, partnering with clients to deliver strategy to execution, while leveraging data and human‑centred design.

You will work with senior stakeholders across multi‑disciplinary teams, shaping operating models, change management and workforce initiatives to accelerate value for national security clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' people consulting experience in a National Security environment.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strategic thinking with ability to bring insight to complex problems.
• Designing and/or implementing operating models/organisation design.
• Change management, Leadership Development and Culture Advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, people‑centric transformation workstreams across large multi‑disciplinary programmes.
• Advise senior client partners and challenge/coach where needed.
• Develop detailed understanding of client issues and drive discussions grounded in real challenges.
• Cultivate trust‑based client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to business development and proposals to win new work.
