Job summary

Faculty, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking an Associate within our National Security Team to scope, build and deliver impactful AI projects for our government and defence clients. You’ll translate requirements into user stories and work with stakeholders and engineers to optimize bespoke tools for real‑world operations.

You’ll contribute to ongoing thought leadership, collaborate closely with technical teams, and help shape secure, trustworthy AI solutions in high‑stakes environments.

• Conducting open-source analysis to support AI tool development.
• Translating complex requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams.
• Designing and testing workflows that support user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet customer needs.
• Contributing to internal thought leadership and capability development across the team.
