Overview:

In the pivotal role of National Resource Manager within our Business Services & Outsourcing team, you will be instrumental in aligning our resource allocation with the strategic objectives of the business. Your primary responsibility will include the successful deployment and ongoing management of the Dayshape system within the BS&O team. Collaborating closely with local/service line resource co-ordinators together with the resource management lead, finance partner and people partner, you will be integral to improving our national collaboration and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a proven track record in a comparable Resourcing Manager role, with experience in designing and implementing resource planning and management processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems is expected.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to navigate complex resourcing challenges.
  • Competency in IT (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and outstanding communication abilities are required.
  • The role demands the capacity to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and address the needs of demanding stakeholders.
