Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Contracts Operational Delivery Manager to lead the operational and commercial delivery of servicing contracts for CrossCountry Voyager and Class 170 fleets across multiple third-party facilities in the UK.

You will oversee contract performance, safety compliance and stakeholder relationships, reporting to the Head of Depots, with national travel across strategically important sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract, commercial or operational management.
• Experience managing engineering, maintenance or service delivery contracts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting and analytical abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of servicing contracts across multiple third-party rail maintenance providers.
• Act as primary point of contact for CrossCountry Fleet Management.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with CrossCountry and Alstom teams.
• Monitor service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met across locations.
• Oversee safety compliance, audits and RAMS adherence.
