Historic England is seeking a National Projects Coordinator to support Portfolio Development and Delivery, coordinating major portfolios and programmes across the organisation. The role involves AI-assisted project coordination and close collaboration with Project and Programme Managers within Historic England.

The position is full-time and national with hybrid working; you will be based in one of the listed offices or from home.

Qualificações

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Experience of project coordination or support within projects or programmes.
• Excellent digital skills and confidence in using Microsoft 365 and other digital productivity tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to assimilate, interpret and utilise data to support informed decision-making and improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the running of Portfolio Development and Delivery (Portfolio) for major portfolios, programmes and projects.
• Work with Project and Programme Managers to provide AI-assisted coordination of projects and support for programmes across the portfolio.
• Support the delivery of organisational priorities through effective portfolio coordination.
