Job summary

Historic England has a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as our National Projects Coordinator, a full time, permanent position with a national base and hybrid working.

You will be based in one of our offices in Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) or Cambridge, or from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Experience of project coordination or support within projects or programmes.
• Excellent digital skills and confidence in using Microsoft 365 and other digital productivity tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to assimilate, interpret and utilise data to support informed decision-making and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the running of Portfolio Development and Delivery (Portfolio).
• Collaborate with Project and Programme Managers to coordinate projects and support programmes.
• Provide AI-assisted coordination of projects and support for programmes across the portfolio.
