Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to provide leadership and national coordination across Scotland’s Pregnancy and Newborn Screening Programme. The role focuses on governance, strategy, and service change to improve outcomes for mothers, babies, and families.

The position is based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working and a 36-hour week. Applicants must reside in the UK and have entitlement to work. Closing date is 30 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme management within healthcare or public health settings.
• Strong skills in quality assurance, clinical governance and service improvement.
