NFU Mutual seeks a Motor Claims Strategy Manager to define and deliver the Motor claims strategy, setting financial performance and member experience targets. You will lead a team and work with Claims Operations, Supply Management, Propositions, Pricing, Underwriting and Reserving to align priorities with the wider company strategy.

You’ll drive business change, oversee technology, supplier outsourcing, performance management and leakage auditing, and ensure customer outcomes while balancing

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge and wide experience of all aspects of Motor claims.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to influence effectively at senior level.
• Proven track record of delivering key performance indicators and performance targets.
• Experience of successfully leading change and translating market insight into action.
• Market presence, knowledge and influence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and performance of NFU Mutual’s Motor claims business.
• Shape customer experience, cost management and operational improvement at senior level.
• Define and deliver the Motor claims strategy with targets for financial performance and member experience.
• Lead a team and collaborate with Claims Operations, Supply Management, Propositions, Pricing, Underwriting and Reserving.
• Oversee supplier performance and lead the response to Motor claims surge events.
