NFU Mutual is seeking a Motor Claims Strategy Manager to define and deliver the Motor claims strategy, set financial performance and member experience targets, and lead a team across multiple functions. Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge and wide experience of all aspects of Motor claims.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to influence at senior level.
• Proven track record of delivering KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience leading change and managing complex stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Motor claims strategy and targets.
• Lead a team and collaborate with Claims Operations, Propositions, Pricing, Underwriting and Reserving.
• Balance cost, handling time, process touchpoints and customer outcomes with MI and market insight.
• Oversight of supplier performance, technology implementation and leakage auditing.
