Job summary

Growth Kitchen is recruiting for an Operations lead who will train franchisees and travel across the UK to support kitchen partners. You will engage with brands, monitor cooking standards, and drive growth through hands-on coaching and strategic guidance.

The role requires a hands-on attitude, strong communication, and the ability to optimise for success across multiple partner kitchens. This is a high‑growth startup opportunity with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of work experience in restaurant/hospitality roles at AGM/GM level or similar.
• Willingness to travel nationally across the UK and visit multiple kitchens.
• Strong communication and coaching mindset to train franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Train new franchisees on cooking and brand standards.
• Have commercial conversations with franchisees to grow their business.
• Run regular on-site checks to improve cooking accuracy and results.
• Collaborate with partner kitchen teams to improve operations and commercial outcomes.
• Manage a cluster of 30+ kitchen partners and drive growth trajectory.
• Provide hands-on support in kitchens and resolve site issues.
