Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking an energetic Operations Director to join the Senior Leadership Team in the UK HVAC hire sector. You will take end-to-end responsibility for operational performance, coordinating across depots, service delivery, and field teams, reporting directly to the CEO.

This hands-on leader will build scalable processes, drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and travel regularly across the national depot network to support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operational leadership in HVAC or related technical services.
• Experience managing multi-site operations across a national network.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Commercial awareness and data-driven decision making.
• Practical problem-solving and scalable process design.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hire control, service delivery, and depot performance across the national network.
• Lead, develop and mentor operational teams to build a high-performing culture.
• Review workflows and systems to improve efficiency and support growth.
• Strengthen technical capability and expand temperature control solutions.
• Ensure health and safety, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
• Collaborate with CEO and executives to align operations with strategy.
• Travel regularly across the UK to support depot teams.
