GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead the HSEQ strategy across national transport contracts, supporting around 300 colleagues and driving a world-class safety culture across 16 sites.

The role requires UK H&S expertise, NEBOSH certification, and strong leadership to partner with senior leaders, improve performance, reduce risk and protect our people while delivering continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in health, safety, environment and quality leadership within transport or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSEQ strategy across multiple transport sites and key senior stakeholders.
• Drive safety performance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee incident investigations with robust root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strengthen compliance, governance and audits to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop capability and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
