What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Lead the HSEQ strategy across multiple transport sites, partnering with senior operational leaders to drive compliance, continuous improvement and a strong safety culture
  • Drive safety performance and risk management, reducing incidents through proactive audits, inspections, risk assessments and operational improvement plans
  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis, effective corrective actions and the sharing of best practice across the network
  • Strengthen compliance and governance, overseeing audits, regulatory requirements, customer standards and assurance activities to maintain operational excellence
