Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Health and Safety Manager for a central function role in the UK, supporting six sites. The position offers hybrid working with travel to sites several days per week and a salary of £90,000 to £95,000 per annum on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role involves working with the Group Head of HSE to execute strategic objectives, leading companywide projects, and embedding best practices across all sites. A Diploma in Health and Safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Multisite experience in a HSE management role across multiple sites.
• Diploma level qualification in Health and Safety required.
• Strategic project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills.
