Job summary

Corecruitment in London and nationwide seeks a Group Executive Chef with multi-site kitchen leadership to drive food standards across a national portfolio. You will mentor Executive and Regional Chefs, develop menus and concepts, lead new openings, and present to clients while ensuring exceptional hospitality across high-end contract catering.

Strong restaurant or hotel foundations, B&I or premium contract catering experience, and a genuine passion for food are essential.

Qualifications

• Multi-site culinary experience is essential.
• Proven background as Executive Chef, Regional Chef, Development Chef or similar.
• Experience running large kitchen operations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead across a national portfolio of premium B&I contracts.
• Support multiple sites, Executive Chefs and kitchen teams.
• Lead new openings and mobilisations across locations.
• Develop menus, concepts and new food ideas.
• Deliver tastings and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop senior chefs and shape culinary standards across the business.
