Job summary

Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager, Technical Sales, for a home-based role with national travel. Ideally located in or around Milton Keynes, Northampton, Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Luton, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans or Stevenage.

You will own a national sales territory, manage your own diary and develop relationships across commercial, automotive and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B field sales and business development.
• Experience selling technical products or solutions to industrial sectors.
• Sectors include quarrying/mining, construction, materials handling, and fleet services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Develop existing accounts and increase their value.
• Meet customers and understand their operational challenges.
• Promote vehicle safety and vision systems.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored technical solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
• Manage your own diary, sales pipeline and CRM activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide the right solution for each customer.
