Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
The National Educator role will lead customer education of our product line and brands including Natural Vitality, Renew Life, NeoCell and Rainbow Light.

Working closely with Piping Rock’s marketing, sales, creative and regulatory team, the National Educator will develop and execute educational events, presentations, tradeshows and other programs to convey product benefits, build brand loyalty, and ultimately drive sales. As a public face to the brand, travel will be required to meet with customers for in-person meetings, events and industry events to represent the brands. Each touchpoint with our customer is an opportunity to convey our brands high quality, innovation and value.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):

1. Oversee and manage the educational needs of the business alongside the key leadership of the Natural Health Food Store channel.
2. Develop and create educational content for various websites and platforms.
3. Create and conduct brand/product presentations to both virtual and live audiences. These may range from small in person events to large virtual events.
4. Work with our internal regulatory team to ensure content accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
5. Lead training for existing and newly onboarded sales, marketing, and customer service associates as needed to ensure our team understands brand and specific product benefits and details.
6. Attend industry and customer trade shows, conferences, and company events.
7. Track the progress of education programs and events and report to the team.
8. Work with our team to develop and create brand and product content.
9. Additional duties as assigned.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):

1. Experience and knowledge of vitamins, supplements and natural health products.
2. Minimum 3+ years of national field nutrition education experience within the health retail industry required.
3. Nutritional and health credentials are a plus.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
6. Strong writing skills.
7. Ability to research.
8. Must have a driver’s license to travel within the United States.
