Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a National CPC & Training Manager to own driver training across the transport business. You will set national standards, audit site Trainers, and deliver CPC training across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading content development, coordinating schedules, and traveling nationwide to maintain high training quality. This is a matrix role with influence across the network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean HGV C+E licence and DVSA/RTITB knowledge.
• Experience delivering Driver CPC periodic training at scale.
• Ability to develop and update training content and standards.
• Excellent presentation, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Desirable: NRI registration; mentoring trainers; leadership experience; forklift qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RTITB-accredited Driver CPC training across Noble Foods sites.
• Plan and manage multi-site delivery schedule nationwide across five sites.
• Own the national training standard and content library (CPC, induction, equipment/tech training).
• Coach and support site Trainers; audit delivery for quality and consistency.
• Ensure RTITB/DVSA compliance and maintain training records.
