Job summary

Noble Foods, best known for The Happy Egg Co., is recruiting a National CPC & Training Manager to standardise driver training across sites. The role leads content and delivery strategy and audits site-based Trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality training.

You will manage RTITB/DVSA standards, develop content updates, and travel nationwide to ensure uniform training delivery across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Clean HGV Category C+E licence.
• Current experience delivering Driver CPC periodic training.
• Strong knowledge of DVSA and RTITB standards for LGV instruction.
• Experience developing or updating training content.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RTITB-accredited Driver CPC periodic training directly to drivers across Noble Foods sites, to a rolling annual training calendar.
• Plan and manage an efficient delivery schedule across five geographically dispersed sites, balancing direct delivery, travel, and standards/oversight work.
• Deliver structured induction and refresher training on new equipment, vehicle features, legislation updates and fuel-efficient driving techniques where outside site-level delivery.
• Own and maintain a national training standard and content library covering CPC, induction and equipment training.
• Define good practice for driver training delivery and ensure auditable, in-house standards across the business.
