Job summary

Nissan UK Maple Cross is seeking a National Content & Social Media Executive to oversee national paid campaign content and manage our organic social platforms across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan, develop and execute campaign content in line with brand strategy.

You will own the content calendar, asset library, and brand messaging, while driving channel growth, reporting and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Content planning, creative execution and delivery of national brand and campaign content.
• Evolve and execute creative content aligning with brand directions and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Media team to manage asset supply, previews, formats and copy.
• Manage media partnership content including awards, formats and promotions.
• Own and govern brand messaging framework and model naming conventions.
• Oversee content asset library for national, experiential, social and partnership content.
• Ensure content is accurate, legally compliant and delivered on deadlines.
• Lead social media strategy, planning, channel growth and performance optimization.
• Oversee organic social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit) including publishing, reporting and analysis.
• Plan owner advocacy and user-generated content initiatives; manage influencers/collaborations.
• Monitor community management with timely escalation of issues and sentiment tracking.
• Guard Nissan UK's brand across communications and activations; train new starters.
