This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional to drive targeted work-winning activity via national marketing campaigns. From small-scale or shorter-term projects that elevate new products, services, and thought leadership themes, to larger, longer-term strategic campaigns that position the business at an industry level, the role is varied, creative, and integral to the marketing function. The role is supported by outstanding graphic design/brand and content management teams.

You will have overall responsibility for end-to-end campaigns, driving both external and internal communication and business development practices.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, National Marketing Communications Manager, and wider marketing team, you will plan and execute campaigns of all scales across multiple marketing channels. Internal and external stakeholder engagement is key.

External campaigns
  • Identify and develop external campaigns that position us as insightful, future-thinking, and client-centric, working with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop angles and key messaging for these campaigns, advise on channels and programs, and manage their execution.
  • Define target audiences and recommend follow-up approaches.
  • Measure campaign success, including tracking ROI, demonstrating brand growth, and work won.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign rollout strategies.
Internal campaigns
  • Plan education and communication strategies supporting campaign management programs, such as gamechanger themes and embedding sustainability.
  • Work closely with the Innovation Delivery team and other stakeholders involved in major change management initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic initiatives.
  • People management experience and team building skills.
  • Strong drive to demonstrate tangible sales value and brand awareness through marketing activities.
  • Experience leading campaigns utilizing the full marketing mix, with a focus on digital channels.
  • CRM management and reporting experience, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, curiosity, and team spirit.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude.
