National Business Development Manager - Commercial Print/Business Communications
Location: UK-wide (remote with national travel)
Package: Up to 50K Executive Package + Bonus + Car Allowance

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Manager to join a well-established, innovative provider of print, mail, and business communication solutions.
As a National Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities across the UK, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions in a highly competitive market. This is a National Business Development Manager role for someone with a proven track record in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services-someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

What You'll Do:
As a National Business Development Manager, you will identify and win new business across a national territory
Build and nurture relationships with clients across sectors such as finance, retail, utilities, and more
Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions (direct mail, transactional mail, hybrid mail, etc.)
Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, design, client services) to ensure seamless delivery
Represent the business at industry events, building your profile as a trusted National Business Development Manager
Meet and exceed revenue targets as a key contributor to business growth

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a National Business Development Manager in the commercial print, direct mail, or business communications sector
A "hunter" mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of the print and marketing industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Flexibility to travel across the UK as required in this National Business Development Manager role
