Job summary

Ridge Expert Witness Advisory Services (EWAS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Building Surveyor to join its expert witness team. You will apply practical construction knowledge to defects analysis, contract matters and provide clear reports for clients in property litigation.

Travel nationwide to site visits will be required. You will ideally have a minimum of 15 years’ professional experience in defects analysis, be Chartered Building Surveyor or Builder, and be able to communicate complex

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in defects analysis and rectification.
• Chartered Building Surveyor or Builder with strong construction background.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel nationally for site visits.
