National Accounts Assistant Manager - Online Sales

We are looking for a National Account Assistant Manager - Online Sales to join our Murad team!

Overview of role:

Build and execute joint strategic plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets with key partner Amazon, THG and QVC, through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key retailers, address shortcomings and identify and influence business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and pure players (Amazon, QVC, THG, Asos, Next, Debenhams), serving as the first point of contact and building strong relationships to drive strong sell in performance
• Plan and execute high standards JBPs to drive strong sell out at key partners
• Manage category and individual store performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic need
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights for internal management team
• Conduct regular meetings and biannual business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches
• Own successful negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, visual merchandising, on site visibility, and support with Buying and Merchandising teams
• Work closely with the digital agency to optimise the marketing strategy and drive growth, also liaising with Prestige digital centres of excellence to always be on top of best practises
• Ensure smooth running of the stock replenishment processes and liaise with Operations team members accordingly, from new line forms to briefing assets
• Manage the day-by-day operations to ensure all partners run smoothly
• Manage forecasting in partnership with operations to avoid OOS as well as over forecasting and excess stock built up
• Deliver engaging events at partner's HQ to engage with their team and build relationships while driving brand education

What we are looking for:
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a determination to win, with an appetite for learning and development, growth mindset
• Proven experience in sales and achieving / exceeding targets
• Evidence of growing accounts through data analysis and strategic thinking
• Extensive and proven experience managing Amazon and Pure Players
• Flexibility and agility are key in a fast-paced and ever-changing business
• Solution and ideas driven, open to challenges
• Highly numerate, flawless numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail and rigour whilst being target-driven and commercially savvy
• Provide a macro level view and understanding, able to form a strategy and be able to quantify and articulate the 'why' in all business decisions
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills; written and verbal
• Proven experience and successes in negotiating
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
