Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd seeks an ambitious National Account Manager for a major Top 4 UK grocery account. You will own a significant P&L, drive revenue, market share and profitability, and lead joint business planning, pricing and promotions to deliver measurable results.

This homebased role offers a £60k base, £6k car allowance and a 10% annual bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and regular customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing major UK grocery accounts within a branded FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial operator with experience managing sizeable and complex P&Ls.
• Confident negotiator with a strong understanding of retailer dynamics, pricing and promotional strategy.
• Analytical and insight-led, with the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Agile, resilient and comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Full account ownership, including forecasting, budgeting and delivery of account plans.
• Build and maintain strong buyer and senior stakeholder relationships through insight-led selling.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across distribution, rate of sale and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver sustainable growth.
• Manage all key commercial levers, including pricing, promotions and trade investment.
