Meaningful Work From Day One

Supporting building and delivering the Joint Business Plan along with the key processes in managing a top 4 GroceryAccount e.g. sales reporting and analysis, BUP building, planning and forecasting, budget management and promotional evaluation.

A key part of this role will be to support the brand activation plans, working closely with Customer Marketing internally and the customers media partners. Driving the supply chain relationship internally and externally to achieve optimal inventory and service levels.

What You Can Expect

• Build Strong Relationships - Build and develop strong relationships both externally with our Retail Partners and internally with Key Stakeholders across various functions. Proactively going above and beyond the outline trading plan and pursuing new opportunities and ways of working to further strengthen the relationships and performance within your customer base.
• Drive Supply Chain Collaboration – To ensure forecast alignment, analyse inventory to manage availability and stock cover, working closely with customer service and demand planning to be proactive in communication of any issues or challenges that arise. Measure key supply indicators (supplier benchmarking) and work with our supply colleagues to improve scores and ultimately availability at the point of purchase.
• Support Brand Activation - In collaboration with Customer Marketing co-collaborate and deliver the activation plans followed by measure and evaluation to support future planning. Focus on growing our share of space and customer engagement in store and online, with a focus on increasing our omnichannel execution.
• Develop Commercial & Strategic Plans – Support the Senior NAM and NAM, and collaborate with key functions such as RGM, BBI and Customer Marketing to develop commercial and strategic plans
  
  

that deliver long term sustainable growth. Analysing data and commercial insight to seek out opportunities that further drive our growth and Market Share in the right way.

• Administration Accountability – Ensure all admin (internally and externally) is complete correctly and on time, such as, invoicing, promotional nominations, new line forms, cost price changes, forecast updates etc. with a right first time attitude.

• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate experience of working within the Grocery industry.
• Demonstrated the ability to build, develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and with a customer base.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities go above and beyond the plan.
• Strong IT Skills and proficient with Microsoft and Google platforms.
