Job summary

Tinies is seeking an experienced nanny in Torquay to care for a 9-month-old baby on a long-term basis. This is a fixed four-day-a-week role with a typical 7am-5pm schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate and a stable live-out position.

The family values nurturing, structured routines, and engaging activities to support development. Paediatric first-aid and enhanced DBS with strong references are required, with a warm, reliable, and organised approach essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow feeding, sleep and daily routines.
• Prepare bottles, meals and snacks, and support weaning.
• Plan appropriate activities, play, reading and music.
• Support the baby's development and milestones.
• Take baby for walks and fresh air.
• Keep baby items clean, organised and well maintained.
• Handle baby laundry and general tidying after the baby.

Experienced Baby Nanny | Torquay | 4 Days per Week | January 2027 Start

A lovely family in Torquay is looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for their 9-month-old baby on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with babies and is looking to build a genuine relationship with one family.

The Role

• 4 fixed days per week, usually 7am-5pm
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent, live-out position
• £15-£16 gross per hour, with enhanced rates for agreed additional and weekend hours

Key Responsibilities

• Following feeding, sleep and daily routines
• Preparing bottles, meals and snacks, and supporting weaning
• Planning appropriate activities, play, reading and music
• Supporting the baby's development and milestones
• Getting outdoors for walks and fresh air
• Keeping baby-related items clean, organised and well maintained
• Baby laundry and general tidying after the baby
