Job summary

Hilmarton Primary School is seeking a dedicated individual to support specific pupils under the guidance of the classteacher and SENCo. The role is a fixed-term contract for a named pupil, working 27.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £13.48–£13.92.

You will be a proactive team-player, flexible and hardworking, able to motivate learners and help children thrive. Experience with SEND is advantageous; visits and DBS checks apply, with closing date 13 November 2026 and interviews on 19 November

Hilmarton Primary school is a small village school of four mixed age classes situated between Calne and Lyneham. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos and commitment to the wellbeing of all. This is a specific purpose contract for a named pupil. You will be joining our enthusiastic and committed team of teachers and teaching assistants. The post will require you to support specific children to engage in activities and to socialise with other children. You will work under the guidance of the classteacher and SENCo. Experience of working with children with SEND would be an advantage.
