Naimuri is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, and governance in a government-focused portfolio.
You will partner with customers, manage priorities to milestones, and coach teams in Agile Ways of Working. The role supports hybrid working from our Salford Quays, Manchester offices with on-site client visits.
We can offer you the chance to help make the UK a safer place through innovation, working in partnership with government, defence, and law enforcement organisations on some of the most challenging data and technology problems out there.
We’ve just had our tenth birthday, having grown from a little‑known tech start‑up into a community of 180 people, mostly based in Salford, Greater Manchester. We also have a significant presence in London, Lincoln and Portsmouth.
Our name was chosen as an amalgamation of two Japanese words, to reflect our ethos: "Not & Overburden"
This principle applies to every aspect of our organisation from technology, process and infrastructure, through to people, culture and leadership. People and culture are at the heart of Naimuri, so that collectively, we can realise our mission of making the UK a safer place to be.
We work in an Agile‑first environment that values transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the Delivery Lead, your core focus will be to foster a culture of high‑quality delivery and active collaboration.
At Naimuri, we work on a variety of projects that range in length from a few weeks to 5+ years. Here are some things we’ve worked on to give a sense of some of the types of deliveries you may lead for us:
As a Delivery Lead at Naimuri, you'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, the space to solve difficult challenges, and the support of a strong Delivery community.
This role is about more than just project management: If the following describes the way you work, then I’d really like to speak to you:
Continuous Personal Development, or Personal Kaizen, is a core part of Naimuri's culture, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to develop in a transparent and supportive environment.
Base: This will be based at our Head Office in Salford Quays, Manchester.
Hybrid Working: We offer hybrid working. This consists of a minimum of 3 days working in the office or customer site, but you are welcome to spend more time on‑site if preferred.
Travel: Occasional visits to customer sites around the country may be required.
Naimuri pays competitively within the industry based on your role’s base location rates. The salary for this position is dependent upon your experience. We assess seniority relative to the team at Naimuri during the interviewing process.
A full time working week is 37.5 hours and you have flexibility over when you give that time. We also offer part‑time working which can be discussed during the recruitment process. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will work directly from one of our office locations, or customer sites, for at least 3 days a week.
Benefits include:
We are committed to building an inclusive, safe and supportive environment that allows everyone to do their best work, so we strongly encourage candidates of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We can of course support any accessibility or neurodiversity requirements that you may need during the recruitment process.
We want to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident when interviewing with us. To help you prepare, our recruitment team will be happy to discuss the process in more detail with you when you apply.
