Personal Assistant
I am a 67-year-old lady living in the Llantwit Major area with my pet cat, I have 2 daughters who visit me every week. In my earlier years I was a single mum working full-time and attended university as a mature student to teach adults. I am an extremely independent person but since developing illness and being diagnosed with FND I have become reliant on carers to support and assist me. I can become anxious if my familiarity and routine get disrupted and I also have hyperesthesia with light, noises and smells. My personality is easy going with a good sense of humour when I feel at ease and contented. I am artistic and creative and love going to the beach.
To support and assist with my care needs.
To work in my home environment.

The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the employer (Local Authority). The relevant checks will be carried out to ensure any applicant has the right to work in the UK.
