Job summary

Interpath in the United Kingdom seeks a Manager for its Corporate Simplification team. The role focuses on delivering advisory work across MVLs, pre-liquidation planning and due diligence, and managing portfolios from appointment to closure.

You will support engagement leaders, mentor junior staff and drive client solutions. You will coordinate with tax, legal and accounting colleagues, lead business development initiatives, and ensure compliance with legislation and timetables.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the MVL process and related insolvency legislation; experience preparing entities for closure and managing MVLs.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders with a strong grasp of corporate law, tax, accounting and operational considerations in entity elimination.
• Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality analysis and reports.
• Committed, proactive team player who can work independently and deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory work across closure management, pre-liquidation planning and due diligence, coordinating with management and advisors to identify and implement solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of MVLs from appointment to closure, ensuring statutory compliance and timely progression within budgets.
• Support engagement leaders, mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Lead business development initiatives, including thought leadership, proposals and pipeline management.
• Onboard clients, monitor legislative developments and implement process improvements where appropriate.
