Job summary

All Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for our Aylesford depot to support reception, storage, preparation and dispatch of equipment and stock.

You will help ensure accuracy, quality and safety across goods-in, dispatch and general warehouse tasks. Essential traits include teamwork, attention to detail and physical fitness, with basic IT skills for inventory tracking and a willingness to follow health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Basic IT skills for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
• Log received items into the inventory management system promptly.
• Prepare and stage goods for dispatch per customer specs.
• Accurately pick, pack and label orders.
• Move, stack and store goods safely and efficiently.
• Assist with stock counts, stock rotation and housekeeping tasks.
• Always follow health & safety procedures.
